You are responsible for the accuracy of the stops, mileage, photos, receipts, notes, and other records you enter or upload. Use the app only for lawful driver logging, business records, tax support, delivery records, and related route documentation.
MoveDefense is a driver activity and trip record tool. It is not an Electronic Logging Device and is not designed to satisfy Hours-of-Service compliance requirements.
You must keep your login credentials secure. If you request account deletion, we will process the request as described in the Privacy Policy and Account Deletion page.
The app is built to save working data locally during service loss and sync when online, but no service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep any records you are legally required to maintain.
