These Terms are between you and BIBBS TECHNOLOGY LLC, owner and operator of MoveDefense. MoveDefense helps drivers record stops, mileage, fuel, receipts, photos, and printable activity records. By using MoveDefense, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the stops, mileage, photos, receipts, notes, and other records you enter or upload. Use the app only for lawful driver logging, business records, tax support, delivery records, and related route documentation.
MoveDefense is a driver activity and trip record tool. It is not an Electronic Logging Device and is not designed to satisfy Hours-of-Service compliance requirements.
You must keep your login credentials secure. If you request account deletion, we will process the request as described in the Privacy Policy and Account Deletion page.
The app is built to save working data locally during service loss and sync when online, but no service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep any records you are legally required to maintain.
Pay as you go is an optional prepaid billing choice alongside Plus and Pro. Choosing it authorizes a 6-cent deduction for each confirmed destination arrival. Twenty arrivals cost $1.20. The fee applies when the arrival is recorded, including automatic arrivals; saving, editing, departing from, or deleting the stop does not create or remove its charge. Initial position setup, a canceled destination, and historical imports are not charged as arrivals.
A new final plain PDF costs 8 cents. A new final PDF with evidence images costs 75 cents total, regardless of the number of pages or images. Logos and signatures do not increase the price. Temporary files and previews are included. The Android app shows a quote before a PDF purchase, saves the purchased copy, and includes reprints and downloads. Failed generation does not complete a purchase.
Add $5, $10, or $20 through Google Play in the Android app or Stripe on the website. Funds are added only after payment verification. The displayed balance is in US dollars. Any tax is shown by the payment provider at checkout. There is no automatic refill or routine expiration of unused balance. Choose “Use Pay as you go” in Billing to use your balance at the listed rates for new arrivals and PDFs. Choose “Use Pro” or “Use Plus” while that access is active to use its included benefits. You can switch in either direction. Switching keeps your unused balance and does not cancel a subscription or its renewal. Earlier offline arrivals are reconciled using the billing choice in effect when they occurred.
A funded allowance enables offline arrivals on the device holding it. Its funds cannot be spent on another device until reconciled. Keep that device connected when possible so usage and balance stay current. New paid tasks require enough available funds; previously purchased records remain accessible within the current retention policy.
Contact [email protected] to request a review of unused balance, an incorrect charge, or a device allocation that cannot be reconciled. Refunds return through the original payment provider when approved. Google Play purchase refunds are subject to Google Play's refund process; a request is not a completed refund. Completed service charges are reviewed separately from unused funds. Account deletion does not itself submit or complete a refund.
